🍴Potato, Kale & Pancetta Mash🍴

To prepare this side dish, kids can:

Help cut potatoes into small wedges*

Make sure kids use two hands for this task, especially if using a wavy chopper knife.

Mash potatoes*

Kids can use a potato masher or even their (clean!) hands to mash up the cooked potatoes.

🍴Three Potato Salad with Roasted Red Peppers & Olives🍴

To help with this potato salad, kids can:

Chop roasted red peppers*

Measure and add pumpkin seeds to pan

Children can stir seeds as they toast.

🍴Garlic Roasted Potatoes & Carrots🍴

Peel and chop carrots into rounds*

Evenly distribute veggies onto baking sheet

This is a fun one! To help with these fries, kids can:

Peel sweet potatoes*

Shake potatoes with seasoning in bag

Kids will love shaking the bag to their heart's content!

You’ll probably want to use a full-size gallon Ziplok bag to season the potatoes evenly and get a good shake on!
