Preheat oven to 375 and spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Divide broccoli, cheese, and ham evenly among the 12 muffin tins.
Crack eggs into large bowl. Whisk eggs together with remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into muffin tins until each is 2/3 full. Bake 15 mins or until cooked through.
Prepare yogurt. In small bowls, put a couple dollops of yogurt, a handful of mixed fruit, and a hefty drizzle of honey. Mix together until well incorporated.
Serve these mini quiches any way you want. With yogurt, in the car as a snack, paired with one of our potato sides, on a picnic. Your call! :)
Also, these (pictured below) are my favorite utensils for kids. They're from IKEA, super cheap (so it's not a huge deal if they get left behind at school), and BPA-free. A kid-friendly restaurant I used to love used them, and then I was hooked.
