Perfect Picnic Chicken Salad Sandwich

- 2 cups chicken (pre-cooked, chopped or hand separated)
- 3/4 cup red grapes (halved)
- 3 stalks celery (chopped)
- 2 T pumpkin seeds
- 2 T almond slivers
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 - 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 8 slices bread (your choice)
Serve sandwiches with a side of fruit...or one of our potato side dishes...or anything you want! You can also eat the chicken salad just as a salad.
