Instructions
Combine and mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Combine and whisk together wet ingredients in a separate, medium bowl. Slowly add wet ingredients to bowl of dry ingredients and stir until evenly mixed.
Melt 1 T butter on a skillet at medium heat. Pour batter onto heated skillet, about ¼ cup at a time. Once bubbles appear on pancake (after about 1-2 mins), use a spatula to flip pancake over. Cook pancake for another 1-2 mins or until lightly browned.

Notes
To plate...serve pancakes with butter, syrup or other desired toppings.Â
Don't over-whisk the batter. Otherwise, the pancakes will turn out a little chewy. Some small lumps in the batter are ok.
