Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) together in large bowl. Heat tortilla in microwave for 10 seconds (30 seconds if several) to soften it a bit.
Scoop roughly ½ cup chicken salad mix into center of tortilla. Fold in the sides, fold up the bottom about ⅔ the way up the tortilla. Then tuck that bottom part under the chicken salad and roll it up!
Notes
For dinner, we served the chicken salad wraps with some raw veggies and chips on the side. In a lunch box, we packed the wrap, cut veggies, pretzel sticks, grapes, and yogurt covered raisins.
