Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine chopped strawberries with yogurt and strawberry jelly.
  • Spoon the yogurt mixture into 16 small heart-shaped silicone molds, adding about 1-2 Tablespoons per mold. Use the back of a spoon to spread and smooth the surface for an even finish.
  • Freeze for two hours or until set.
  • Remove yogurt hearts from silicone molds and enjoy!

Notes

  • Wash and dry strawberries before chopping. Drying strawberries will prevent the yogurt bites from becoming too watery.
  • Chop strawberries small enough that they blend evenly with the yogurt.
  • When spooning the yogurt mixture into the silicone molds, make sure to clean up any excess yogurt around the edges to preserve the heart shape of the yogurt bites.
  • Make in batches as needed. Since we only have one silicone tray with 8 molds, we made our strawberry yogurt bites in two batches.
  • Taste the yogurt before filling the molds to ensure it’s sweetened to your liking. You can always adjust the amount of jelly.
