In a small bowl, combine chopped strawberries with yogurt and strawberry jelly.
Spoon the yogurt mixture into 16 small heart-shaped silicone molds, adding about 1-2 Tablespoons per mold. Use the back of a spoon to spread and smooth the surface for an even finish.
Freeze for two hours or until set.
Remove yogurt hearts from silicone molds and enjoy!

Notes
Wash and dry strawberries before chopping. Drying strawberries will prevent the yogurt bites from becoming too watery.
Chop strawberries small enough that they blend evenly with the yogurt.
When spooning the yogurt mixture into the silicone molds, make sure to clean up any excess yogurt around the edges to preserve the heart shape of the yogurt bites.
Make in batches as needed. Since we only have one silicone tray with 8 molds, we made our strawberry yogurt bites in two batches.
Taste the yogurt before filling the molds to ensure it’s sweetened to your liking. You can always adjust the amount of jelly.
