Chicken Ingredients:

– Chicken thighs – Salt – Italian seasoning – Lemon zest – Garlic

Panzanella Salad Ingredients:

– Loaf of rustic bread – Olive oil – Lemon juice – Heirloom tomatoes – Red onion – Cucumber – Fresh basil – Mozzarella balls – Balsamic vinegar

Toss chicken in seasoning.
