Ingredients for rudolph crackers snack.
  • Graham crackers– We love the sweet and crunchy texture of Honey Maid Graham Crackers.
  • Peanut butter- To match the color of reindeer’s brown fur! We made some reindeer graham crackers with creamy peanut butter and some with Nutella!
  • Candy- We found chocolate chips to work well for eyes, and a red M&M makes the perfect Rudolph nose.
  • Pretzels– We love Utz Thin Pretzels, because of their larger size. When broken into pieces, they make the best antlers.
  • Pink decorating frosting– Adds a nice pop of color to your reindeer’s cheeks!

🍪 Variations

  • Crackers– If you don’t have graham crackers, any round, square or rectangular cracker or cookie will work, like Ritz crackers, chocolate chip cookies or biscuits.
  • Reindeer’sFur“- Swap peanut butter or Nutella for almond butter, Sunflower butter or even chocolate frosting. It’s all about creating a sweet, sticky coating to secure the reindeer’s candy eyes and nose to the cracker.
  • Facial Features. Swap chocolate chips for candy eyeballs or small dollops of brown frosting for your graham cracker reindeer’s eyes. Additionally, any small, red candy will work for Rudolph’s nose (think red Skittles, Red Hots, Mike and Ikes, etc).
  • Antlers– If you don’t have pretzel twists, small candy canes also make nice antlers for your treat!

✔️ Expert Tips and Tricks

  • Assemble Rudolph crackers on a cookie or serving tray to minimize messes and allow for easy transport when serving.
  • Allow completed reindeer to sit for a few minutes so that the spread can harden and hold candy facial features in place before serving.
  • Serve graham cracker reindeers the same day if possible, as graham crackers tend to go stale quickly.
